“Tell me again why we started a
nursery,” Dan Greene said.
“Because you thought it would be a nice, peaceful way to
make a living,” said his wife Susan.
“And how’s that working
out?” Dan asked as he looked over his cluttered desk and phone with 18
unanswered messages. A weather report over the radio warned of a serious
oncoming winter storm.
