'Canon Miles'

Geranium sanguineum 'Canon Miles' from K. Van Bourgondien & Sons Inc. has unusual, soft-lavender-pink flowers that are produced in abundance in summer and fall. The outer part of its petals are slightly lighter than the insides.

It's a vigorous variety and is suitable for use as a groundcover. It grows 8-10 inches high and is hardy to Zones 3-10.


'Okey Dokey'

G. pretense 'Okey Dokey' from K. Van Bourgondien & Sons Inc. is a seedling of 'Purple Haze,' bred by Marco van Noort in Holland. Its leaves are deep purple and mildew resistant.

This perennial produces steel-blue flowers from June to August. It grows 15-20 inches high and is hardy in Zones 4-8.
