Osteospermum’s clean and elegant look has vaulted the crop to a high-selling status. It’s attractive enough to stand on its own in a container or landscape, yet it’s an excellent companion plant in mixed combinations. It grows best as an early spring crop, but new introductions are pushing the limits through summer and into fall.

Breeders and growers rated 0steospermum as #9 when we asked them for up-and-coming plants for the industry.
